Addison Farms is located in the City of Delaware, Ohio. Located just north of Columbus, this 272 acre property was purchased in 2021 and is approved for more than 1000 homes with 30 acres of commercial land.
Addison Properties is responsible for the rezoning, entitlement, design, and construction
of the mixed-use development. Through a public/private partnership with the City of
Delaware, the roads and utilities will be constructed with tax incremental financing.
Construction began in 2023 with public infrastructure delivered in early 2024. Finished
lots are being constructed and delivered to Ryan Homes, K Hovnanian Homes, American
Homes, and Redwood Living.
