additional land. Located in Avon, Ohio, the property was approved for an additional 153
units.
Phase 2 was developed into 83 townhome lots, each sold to Ryan Homes in 2022 and
2023.
Phase 3 was completed in 2024 and includes 70 additional townhome lots. Ryan Homes
will continue as the builder, with sales opening in the summer of 2024.
