Completed in 2020, The Luxe consists of 82 rental duplex townhomes with rents ranging
from $4,200 to $6,800 per month.
The units at the luxe range from 1900 square feet for two bedrooms to 2500 for three
bedrooms. All units have a full basement, two car garage, patio and private backyard.
The property also has a community building, gym and playground.
The Luxe was sold in late 2022 for a record price and it remains the premier high end
rental communities in Northeast Ohio.
