It includes luxurious finishes on all three floors and a convenient 2-car garage for each unit.

Phase 3 – Continuing on the huge success of Phase 2, Addison Properties has recently entitled an additional 8 acres of land for R-3 zoning. The plan is to continue the relationship with Ryan Homes to sell an additional 73 Wexford Townhomes. We expect construction to start in the Fall of 2022.
