Chad Schulte is a Land Development Manager at Addison Properties, overseeing the planning, development, and construction of residential projects across Central Ohio.

With a diverse leadership background in education and construction, Chad holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Indianapolis and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Indiana University.  He spent over a decade in education, beginning as a teacher and coach in Indianapolis, then advancing to Athletic Director, Assistant High School Principal, and Middle School Principal after relocating to Central Ohio.

He later transitioned to construction, serving in progressive roles as Project Manager with 614 Construction and Site Foundations, and most recently as Site Superintendent for Frazier General Contractors—a trusted Central Ohio leader in pre-engineered metal buildings for over 35 years. There, he excelled in project execution, stakeholder communication, subcontractor coordination, and delivering high-quality, durable outcomes.

Known for building strong relationships, communicating clearly, coordinating projects meticulously, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to excellence, Chad brings exceptional attitude and effort to every role.

He lives in Hilliard with his wife, two teenage daughters, and their miniature schnauzer, Clifford. Outside work, he prioritizes family and spends many hours at his daughters' athletic events.
