Chris Lynch serves as Regional President for Texas at Addison Properties and brings 25 years of leadership experience in land acquisition, entitlement, public financing, and community development. He has overseen land strategy and development execution across Texas, Arizona, Tennessee, Florida, and Colorado, with a track record of advancing complex projects from acquisition through delivery.

Before joining Addison Properties, Chris served in senior leadership roles at Brightland Homes and Lennar and began his career at Friendswood Development Company. His background includes master-planned communities, joint ventures, district financing, and the operational discipline required to manage complex land platforms.

Chris holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BBA from Texas A&M University.
