Dan Steiger brings over 30 years of experience in real estate development to Addison Properties. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles across land acquisition, construction, and development, combining a rare blend of legal, financial, and operational expertise.
Dan began his career as a transactional lawyer before joining the family development and construction business. He subsequently became a founder of Rockpoint Development, and then went on to serve as Director of Land Acquisition at K. Hovnanian Homes in Northern Ohio, where he identified and secured land for residential development.
Dan holds both a Juris Doctor (JD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Ohio State University. His legal and business background gives him a distinctive perspective on structuring, negotiating, and executing complex real estate transactions.
With decades of hands-on experience spanning acquisition, entitlement, construction, and legal strategy, Dan brings a comprehensive, detail-oriented approach to every project he leads.
