Jake Kozberg is the Vice President of Acquisition and Development and leverages his extensive expertise in sourcing and developing deals from start to finish.

A seasoned commercial real estate professional based in Columbus, Ohio, Jake brings over a decade of experience in retail and commercial leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. He is known for his in-depth market knowledge and client-focused approach, consistently helping businesses and investors navigate complex real estate decisions with confidence. His work is rooted in thorough market analysis, strategic planning, and a dedication to creating long-term value for clients.

Jake began his real estate career at CASTO, a leading commercial real estate firm, where he honed his skills in landlord representation, lease negotiation, site selection, and portfolio strategy.  He then served as a commercial broker at Cardinal Commercial Real Estate, specializing in tenant representation and delivering customized solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.

Throughout his career, Jake has worked with a broad spectrum of national and regional tenants, landlords, and developers, playing a pivotal role in high-profile retail and mixed-use projects across Central Ohio. He has successfully advised and negotiated deals for numerous large national clients, bringing experience from every side of the negotiation table. His integrity, responsiveness, and results-driven approach have earned him the trust and respect of clients and partners throughout the region.

Jake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Franklin University. Outside of work, he is a proud husband, father of two, and dog dad to two energetic dogs. He enjoys basketball, golfing, coaching his son’s sports teams, and keeping up with his spirited daughter.  Active in the Columbus community, Jake and his family are dedicated to giving back and staying involved in the place they proudly call home.
