Kirsten serves as a Land Development Manager at Addison Properties, overseeing due diligence, feasibility, entitlements, and development in the Texas region. She brings nine years of experience in real estate development, with a diverse background in single family residential, master-planned communities, multifamily, and capital improvement projects.
Prior to joining Addison Properties, Kirsten worked with Brohn Homes and Brightland Homes in the Austin, San Antonio and Houston markets, gaining experience across multiple phases of the development and homebuilding process. She has worked closely with engineers, architects, municipalities, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to help move projects from concept to completion.
Before entering real estate development, Kirsten spent years in the service industry, where she learned the value of hard work, hustle, multitasking, and taking care of people. She brings that same hands-on mentality to every project, along with a genuine appreciation for collaboration and building strong relationships.
