Matt Yohman serves as a Land Development Manager at Addison Properties. He oversees the planning, development, and construction of various developments in the Northeast Ohio region. Matt brings a decade of construction and engineering knowledge and experience to the team. His diverse construction background, commitment to honesty, and attention to detail allow him to excel in his current role.
While Northeast Ohio has always been home to him, Matt began his career with Whiting-Turner in the Northern Virgina/D.C. area. He thrived in a fast paced, sink-or-swim environment for 5 years in various progressing roles within that organization. In 2022, Matt returned home to the Cleveland area while still working for Whiting-Turner as a Project Manager, and was responsible for the completion of several large commercial construction projects with long-standing and high-profile clients.
Matt graduated Cum Laude from the Myers-Lawson School of Construction at Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Construction Engineering and Management. He often reminisces on the Beamer Ball days in Blacksburg when the Hokies were a force to be reckoned with on the football field. Matt currently resides in Aurora with his wife and two young kids. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, honing his cooking and grilling skills, playing cornhole, and is a big fan of all things Cleveland sports.
