Mike Simon serves as Land Development Manager at Addison Properties. He brings years of practical construction and development experience to his role. Known for his reliability and leadership, Mike has managed large-scale projects, led teams, and built strong relationships across the industry.

He began his career working alongside his dad on job sites, learning the value of hard work, honesty, and doing things right the first time. After graduating from Mount Union University with a degree in Sport Management and Business, he took on development responsibilities at Republic Development in Indianapolis, eventually overseeing over 2,000 residential lots. From there, he joined Fabcon Precast, leading field operations for large precast construction projects across the country.

Mike later served as Construction Manager at Harmony Development and co-founded Site Foundations and 614 Excavating, supporting builders with project execution and scheduling. Most recently, he was Operations Manager at Hidden Creek Landscaping, managing budgets, teams, and timelines to deliver residential and commercial outdoor projects.

Mike believes in leading by example, keeping his word, and treating people with respect. He lives in Hilliard, Ohio with his wife Michelle. They have five children and are excited to welcome their first grandson in May. In 2023, Mike underwent open heart surgery, a challenge that strengthened his perspective on life and family.
